Quinton de **** has missed today’s match against Sunrisers Hyderabad in Mumbai. Hardik Pandya confirmed that Ryan Rickelton will replace him in tonight’s fixture. Mumbai Indians captain Hardik Pandya won the toss and elected to bat first against Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

During the toss, Hardik Pandya confirmed that Quinton de **** sustained a hit on his wrist during practice:

''We're going to bat first. Looks like a good, breezy day, as you mentioned, slightly cold compared to generally. I don't think dew will be a factor, we're gonna keep in mind and we're just gonna bat and see how much we can score. Mitchell (Santner) was unfortunate, and so was Quinny today. He just did something to his wrist. We have a couple of changes for this team. Ryan (Rickelton) comes in place of Quinny. We've got Robin Minz,'' Hardik during toss.




De ****’s absence is a significant loss for Mumbai Indians at the top of the order, given his experience and ability to provide quick starts. The wicketkeeper-batter reportedly injured his wrist during the nets, forcing a last-minute change.
