For baseball fans looking to watch stars from the Dominican Republic or Venezuela play in the World Baseball Classic, this is very disappointing news.
As of Wednesday afternoon, the Dominican Republic (the current favorites) and Venezuela are two of the teams with the best overall odds to win the tournament. While they will play against each other on Wednesday evening, FOX Sports will not make it easy to watch.
The Dominican Republic features stars like Juan Soto, Ketel Marte, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., Fernando Tatis Jr., Manny Machado and Julio Rodriguez. Venezuela is stacked with Ronald Acuña Jr., Gleyber Torres, Willson Contreras and Salvador Perez.
It was the marquee matchup and grand finale among all the games from pool play in the WBC. But it got moved from FS1 to Tubi.

Mexico has a pretty loaded roster, too, but Italy (despite defeating Team USA) doesn't have the same level of MLB talent on its squad.
However, because the results of Mexico and Italy directly determine the fate of Team USA remaining in the tournament due to a coaching blunder, that's what's getting aired on FS1.
Fans can still watch the Dominican Republic and Venezuela on Tubi, which is a free streaming service, but it's a bigger hassle than just watching it through the originally-planned programming.
