Dallas Cowboys receiver Ryan Flournoy showed us last season that he can be a dependable target for Dak Prescott and the offense.
Flo posted 475 yards and 4 TDs from his 40 receptions, 29 of which went for first downs, as he easily overtook Jalen Tolbert on the depth chart.
We know the Cowboys were more than fine allowing Tolbert to leave this offseason, and the reason for that was Flournoy's progression.
He's the first one on the practice field, the last to leave, and he's developed a chemistry with Dak to the point where No. 4 looked his way on many crucial third-down throws last season...and they were converted.

Now coming into his third year, Flo is set for a bigger role on offense, and based on his production last season, you can't say he hasn't deserved it.
For most of Cowboys Nation, what Flournoy was last year and is projected to be in 2026 isn't really a surprise, but ESPN's Todd Archer has named Flo as one of Dallas' biggest surprises of the offseason.
“Flournoy is coming off a 40-catch, 475-yard, four-touchdown season a year ago when he had two 100-yard games, so 'surprise' might be a little much, but if something happens to CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens, the Cowboys know what they have in Flournoy,” Archer wrote. “He is strong attacking the ball. This offseason, he has worked in the slot more.”

Given Flournoy's talents, some fans even suggested that when George Pickens was going through contract uncertainty, Dallas could move on from him and go with CeeDee Lamb and Flournoy as Dak's two weapons.
For me, Flo isn't there yet, and right now, he's a good third receiver. Let's see how he handles the increased workload.
Granted, there is no reason to doubt Flournoy when he steps onto the field, and with another year in the weight room and another offseason to work with Dak and master the offense, there's every reason to think Flo should improve on his 2025 production.
And if he does, it will be good for the soul, and likely not surprising as such, because we have seen what he is capable of in this offseason.
The stage is set for Flournoy to take this opportunity with both hands, and I'd imagine he'll do just that.
