Why can't I place a bet on sponsored events?

what's up with that? I was only able to bet on the very first event but since then, I keep getting this message:

You may not bet on this event. You have placed 0 bet(s) on this Event.

Is this a feature a mod can alter for specific members or am I just a little paranoid?

Did you insert the amount you want to bet in the betting line before you selected bet now?

It's because of your P&R banning. Pretty much everything extra is disabled if you're banned from anywhere. I had asked for a self-imposed ban once but didn't realize it dropped everything else so I asked them to lift it.

Not sure if this can be manually changed or if you're just screwed.
