It hasn't been easy for Colt Keith in 2026.

But, on Monday night, it was as easy as 1 ... 2 ... 3. Keith hit three more home runs in the Tigers' 9-3 victory over the Houston Astros on Monday night, giving him four homers in his last four games after he went his first 62 games of the season without hitting a single one.

Keith had the 26th three-homer game in Tigers history, and the first since Kerry Carpenter in June 2025. Only eight different Tigers have had a three-homer game this century; Miguel Cabrera did it twice.

The Tigers do not have a four-homer game, though two Tigers did it before becoming Tigers (Bobby Lowe and Rocky Colavito) and two did it after they were Tigers (Eugenio Suarez and J.D. Martinez).

Twenty-one different Tigers have hit three home runs in a single game, including four who did it multiple times (Cecil Fielder did it three times).
