A top-ranked matchup is taking place in the winners' bracket Saturday as No. 1 seed Alabama faces off with No. 4 Nebraska in the Women's College World Series.

Alabama was able to defend its top-seeded status Thursday with a comeback win over UCLA, ultimately taking the victory 6-3. After back-to-back Bruins homers off off Jocelyn Briski, the Crimson Tide responded with a couple of their own. Brooke Wells' three-run shot ended up providing the lead for good.

On the other hand, Nebraska won its WCWS debut matchup in more thrilling fashion with a walk-off homer in the 10th against Arkansas. With the Razorbacks merely outs away from sealing a win, Hannah Coor tied the score with a solo homer, and Ava Kuszak ultimately sent the game-winning shot.
