Where is Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo headed next (and will it be the Boston Celtics)? It is the worst-kept secret in the NBA that the Greek Freak wants to decamp from the ball club that drafted him this offseason. We also know that Giannis admires Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla and would not mind playing for Boston, if recent reporting is to be believed.
But it takes two to tango when it comes to Boston President of Basketball Operations Brad Stevens and the teams's front office, who have not exactly exuded interest in dealing for the Bucks star. The Celtics do have some marquee assets to get such a deal done, but there are likely several other ball clubs who might have better offers.
The folks behind the "Small Ball with Kenny Beacham" YouTube channel put together a clip of the eponymous host taking a closer look at the Giannis situation, and where Boston fits into it if at all. Check it out below!
