Monday will mark an unofficial kickoff to the 2026 college football season for the Southeastern Conference. SEC media days will be held at JW Marriott and Tampa Marriott Water Street in Tampa, Florida.
Running back DeSean Bishop, linebacker Arion Carter and linebacker Jeremiah Telander will represent Tennessee as student-athletes.
Josh Heupel will also make his sixth appearance as Tennessee's head coach at SEC media days. He will have the third-most SEC media days appearances in school history, behind Phillip Fulmer (15) and Johnny Majors (eight).
Heupel will be live on the main stage at 2:55 p.m. EDT on Monday. SEC Network will televise his appearance.
The Vols will open fall training camp on Aug. 5 ahead of their 2026 campaign.
Tennessee's season opener is scheduled for Sept. 5 versus Furman at Neyland Stadium. Kickoff is slated for 3:30 p.m. EDT and can watched on SEC Network+.
