Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Commanders fans and fans across the country. Sign up here to participate in the weekly emailed surveys.

‘Tis the season for NFL media sites to release rankings. This week, multiple media sources have published quarterback rankings, and none of the ones I’ve seen have included Jayden Daniels in the top-10, which would have been a heresy a year ago.

I saw this comment from Mark Tyler yesterday:

It’s clear that the national media had their confidence in Jayden (and the Commanders as a team) shaken by last season’s 5-win meltdown following the 2024 NFC Championship appearance.

Personally, I watched Netflix Season 3 of QUARTERBACK yesterday — all 7 episodes in a binge watch. It really laid bare the physical toll that the game took on Jayden in 2025: knee sprain, hamstring, elbow dislocation (and aggravation 5 weeks later). Was that a one-year fluke, or will injuries haunt JD5 throughout his career as they have his predecessor at LSU, Joe Burrow?

Today, I’m asking you to identify the primary concern — if any — that you harbor about Jayden Daniels heading into his crucial 3rd NFL season.

The list of choices in today’s survey is short; feel free to enunciate a different concern in the comments section if I’ve whiffed on yours.

Comments & Results

Of course, we invite you to answer the survey question below, but also feel free to expand on your answer and provide nuance in the comments section. While you are certainly free to simply share which choice you made on the survey question, the most interesting comments will explain why you answered the way you did. I rely on those comments when discussing the results of the survey when they are posted in a separate article the next few days.

Jayden Daniels is a run-first QB who will struggle if he can't run? No, Kevin says, "He's an incredible thrower of the football, an excellent NFL passer." pic.twitter.com/NVwuocnxlc
