The 2026 NBA Draft will be held on June 23-24, and the Memphis Grizzlies are expected to be one of the most active teams.
Memphis has three picks at No. 3, 16 and 32. The Grizzlies are the only team with three picks in the top 35 of the draft.
As the draft gets closer, follow along for the latest news, rumors, trade speculation and workouts.
The clock is ticking again on whether star guard Ja Morant will remain in Memphis.
Morant has been involved in trade rumors since Jan. 9, when two sources told The Commercial Appeal that the Grizzlies were listening to offers.
Memphis ultimately kept Morant through the Feb. 5 trade deadline, but the franchise traded co-star Jaren Jackson Jr., signaling a shift toward a younger rebuild.
Morant’s future could depend on the level of interest from other teams. If the Grizzlies receive an offer they view as worthwhile, Memphis may soon begin searching for its next franchise point guard.
The Grizzlies are bringing in potential draft prospects for workouts in the following days leading up to draft.
Potential first-round picks point guard Bennett Stirtz of Iowa and forward Koa Peat of Arizona are among those who have previously conducted draft workouts with Memphis, leagues sources told The Commercial Appeal.
