Two teams, France and Spain, have already punched their tickets to the 2026 World Cup semifinals. Norway and England will each be hoping to be next.
The two European countries are set to square off on Saturday, July 11 in a quarterfinal match at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida. The winner will advance to play the victor of the Argentina vs. Switzerland match while the loser will be heading home.
England is favored to win Saturday's match. The Three Lions are deeper, more experienced and have yet to lose any of their five World Cup matches to date.
That said, England is coming off a narrow, 3-2 win over Mexico that it played at high altitude − and spent a majority of the second half playing with 10 players. Could Thomas Tuchel's side be slightly fatigued because of that?
Meanwhile, Norway is fresh off a 2-1 victory over Brazil in which Erling Haaland extended his scoring streak to 14 consecutive international matches. He will once again be the squad's key player to watch while Ørjan Nyland will look to follow up his impressive game with another great performance against a quality offense.
Here's everything to know about how to watch the Norway vs. England match, including the time and TV channel for the marquee quarterfinal clash:
The Norway vs. England quarterfinal match will kick off at 5 p.m. ET. The match will be contested at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida, a venue at which neither team has yet played during this year's World Cup.
