Kirk Cousins’ tenure with the Las Vegas Raiders has already reached a massive obstacle in training camp.
Training camp is often the best time for players to bond with each other before the new NFL season kicks off.
The ongoing training camp is extremely important for the Las Vegas Raiders as their starting QB, Kirk Cousins, joined the team back in April 2026.
However, it seems like Cousins’ first training camp isn’t going as fans would hope, with news of a major altercation between him and Maxx Crosby going viral on social media.

Klint Kubiak downplays the Kirk Cousins-Maxx Crosby fight
According to ESPN, Crosby started the altercation by hitting Cousins’ arm twice during the Raiders’ practice on Friday. Cousins countered by grabbing Crosby’s jersey before the two were separated.
Raiders head coach Klint Kubiak shared his thoughts on the altercation, but didn’t seem too worried about it.
“Those are two leaders on our team going at it. Obviously, fighting in a game [or] you throw a punch in a game, you are out of the game. So we got to be smart,” Kubiak said.
While Kubiak did issue a warning to both stars for their roles in the fight, he expects the two veterans to figure things out and not repeat this.
