It's all over.
All the hype leading to Wrestlemania is over. The big weekend is finally here.
It's WrestleMania Saturday, and it's time to pick winners.
We get started in a few hours, so let's get ready to rumble.
100 WrestleMania thoughts: 100 thoughts on WrestleMania 42. WrestleMania predictions, hot takes
WrestleMania 42 will be held April 18 and 19.
WrestleMania 42 will be held at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
WrestleMania 42 is slated to start at 6 p.m. each night.
The first hour of each night of WrestleMania 42 will air on cable. On Saturday, the first hour of the show will air on ESPN 2. On Sunday, the first hour will air on ESPN. The entire card will air on ESPN Unlimited.
John Cena will host WrestleMania 42.
Here's how we see the matches playing out.
I had the good guys winning, but now I feel like something is going to happen in this match. LA Knight needs to do something. With no Seth Rollins, the Vision could use a new guy. I have LA Knight joining the Vision and Heyman's guys get the win. The Vision and IShowSpeed win.
This match is unsanctioned! So really anything can happen. That should favor the good guy, as Jacob Fatu is known to get a little crazy. Drew McIntyre deserves to win, but I'm going with Jacob Fatu, who also deserves a WrestleMania win.
AJ Lee's return has been fantastic. She can still go, the fans love her and it's fun seeing her get have fun in this run. As good as her run has been, Becky Lynch's has been just as good. This feud has been perfect, and we expect Becky Lynch to get revenge. She'll leave with the IC title. Becky Lynch wins.
This match might be the best booked, and you can't really go wrong here. Well, putting the title on the Bellas would be wrong. Very wrong. They should stick around and can wrestle, but shouldn't be wrestling for a title. I'm going with Nia Jax and Lash Legend retaining, but Bayley and Lyra would make good champs too. We're going with the champs to retain.
Stephanie Vaquer has been a great champ. She's had some very good matches, and the fans love her. This is Liv Morgan's time though. She has the potential to be the hottest superstar in wrestling. This is where her rise to the complete top takes off. Liv Morgan wins.
I didn't expect this match, but I'm happy we're getting it. It's a match where neither man should lose. There are a few of those this weekend, and that makes for a great show. I'm taking Gunther to win, likely with some cheating.
I've enjoyed the buildup to this match. I have liked what Pat McAfee has brought to the table. I'm looking forward to this match. And I hope Randy Orton wins. I also think he will. It's time to move Cody Rhodes out of the title picture. And Randy Orton will make for a fine champ after WrestleMania. Prediction: Randy Orton wins.
This match, which will air on ESPN, will have a lot of people watching. This will likely be the most viewed match of the weekend. I don't know how you have Oba Femi's first PLE victory come over the biggest guy WWE has on the active roster. Where do you go from here? But he can't lose either. We're going with Oba Femi to win, but I'm not sure what you do with him next. If you beat Lesnar, you have to get a title shot next, right? You don't beat Brock and then feud with the New Day. Oba Femi gets the win.
You'll see a lot of things you've never seen before in this match. I had Penta winning, but after last night's Raw, I have Rusev Day coming early. Rusev wins.
It's the best wrestler in WWE vs. the best bad guy in WWE. Usually I'd go with the young upstart, but Dirty Dom gets more hated every week, win or lose. We're going with Finn Balor, who will be the Demon, to win this one. Finn Balor wins.
I'm boycotting this match because Carmello Hayes should be in it. I'm not really, but he earned the right to be there. I think we see a new champ here. Trick Williams wins the U.S. crown.
Jade Cargill has had a good run. She's solid and is getting better. She did a fine job as champ, but it's time to put the belt of Rhea Ripley again. Rhea Ripley gets the win.
After watching last night, one of these guys is not leaving a fan favorite. Will the fans decide or will the players decide? Roman Reigns has lost in his past two WrestleManias. CM Punk lost in his last WrestleMania. Both lost last year to Seth Rollins. I see CM Punk leaving with the championship. I don't know how it happens, and my confidence rating for this is a 5, it could go either way, but we'll stick with CM Punk.
It doesn't appear so, so in wrestling, that means it's entirely possible.
On Saturday night, Logan Paul, Austin Theory and IShowSpeed vs. The Usos and LA Knight, and Jacob Fatu vs. Drew McIntyre will air on ESPN2. On Sunday, Brock Lesnar vs. Oba Femi and the Intercontinential Championship ladder match will air on ESPN. The rest of the card will air on ESPN Unlimited.
