The Louisville Kings seemed to have found some momentum with back-to-back road wins.
The squad had its best performance of the year during Week 5 when it took a 47-25 road win over the Dallas Renegades. Corey Mayfield supplied Louisville with two interceptions and three pass breakups, while Jaheim Thomas led the team with eight tackles. In his first start for the Kings, quarterback Chandler Rogers went 13-of-18 passing for 150 yards.
The Kings (2-3) will try to keep things rolling to pick up their first-ever home win when they play the St. Louis Battlehawks in the Derby Classic tonight.
St. Louis (3-2) is just one spot ahead of the Kings in the UFL standings after beating the Orlando Storm, 25-17, last week.
