Westville looking to maintain high standard after quarterfinal run

WESTVILLE, Ill. (WCIA) -- Since his first year as Westville head football coach over 30 years ago, Guy Goodlove has established a high standard.

Through preseason practices, Goodlove says this group is exceeding those expectations, with this senior class looking to lead the Tigers to a sixth-straight postseason.

"With this group, we've always won," senior lineman Reid Smith says. "We know what winning is. We know what with the hard work that has to take."

The Tigers bring back a similar offensive scheme from last year after scoring over 53 points per game.
