West Ham United are keeping tabs on Arsenal winger Reiss Nelson as they look to sign a Premier League attacker on loan, according to ExWHUEmployee. West Ham manager Nuno Espirito Santo wants quality additions on the left wing at the London Stadium club. Nelson, who Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta once dubbed a ‘special’ player is a target for the Hammers. However, they also have Sunderland’s Simon Adingra and Tottenham Hotspur’s Manor Solomon on their radar.
The trio are surplus to requirements at their respective clubs, and West Ham will hope the promise of regular football could help tempt one of them. Nelson spent last season on loan with Brentford after a loan spell with Fulham in 2024-25. The 26-year-old has much-needed and experience after almost 200 games as a professional. West Ham need top attackers as they eye an instant return to the Premier League, and the Arsenal forward could be a quality addition to their squad.
