Hours before the start of the NFL draft, the Ravens completed a three-day voluntary minicamp that began Monday under first-year head coach Jesse Minter, marking the start of a new era in Baltimore. The on-field work ushered in a new chapter under Minter. With players reporting for offseason work, the minicamp serves as an early opportunity for Minter to establish his tone, culture, and expectations as he takes over one of the AFC's most competitive rosters following the departure of new Giants head coach John Harbaugh.

While attendance is voluntary, these sessions were critical for building chemistry and laying the foundation on both sides of the ball under offensive coordinator Declan Doyle and defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver. For Baltimore, the focus was on continuity, communication, and evaluating how new and returning players fit within Minter's system. As the Ravens begin their offseason program, this minicamp represented the first real step toward shaping the identity of a team looking to remain a contender in 2026.
