Washing Machine Repair

So my year 3 month old washing machine stopped agitating and spinning. I'm not sure whats wrong, don't know crap about washing machines. Anyone know someone to call for repair that won't rip me off?

If it's a belt drive motor, which most are, it's probably a broken belt. If it's only 3 months old, I'd call the store you purchased it from, or the manufacturer...It has to be under some kind of warranty.
