10:57 PT: The New York Post reports Richard Bloch, the arbitrator in the Chad Morton hearing, apparently owns Washington Redskins season tickets. "By awarding the player to the Redskins, Bloch clearly exceeded his authority under the CBA," Dennis Curran, the NFL Management Council senior vice president, said. However, the Jets cannot appeal the case.
You don't think an arbitration lawyer for the NFL could be dirty...do you?
