Marreese "Mo" Speights is joking. We think.
The Golden State Warriors' 2015 NBA champion has suggested he'd like to return to play college basketball for his Florida Gators.
It comes in response to LSU landing a bunch of guys with professional experience in recent days.
This is what Speights posted on social media:

Speights concluded with some laughing emojis, so it has to be a joke.
He has much more NBA experience than anyone else trying to return to college. So this is really just a kind of funny move by Speights.
He's 38 years old, having played 705 career NBA games and averaging 7.9 points per game.
The 6-foot-10 big guy hasn't played in the league since 2018. Maybe he's just got the itch.
Most likely, by far, is that Speights simply doesn't appreciate the way SEC rival LSU is behaving right now. That aligns with some of Florida coach Todd Golden's feelings, too.
Golden would surely welcome Speights to his team if that was possible -- but even now, it certainly seems to not be.
