SAINT CLOUD — The last full week of April included record-breaking performances, no-hitters, undefeated teams and a hole in one.
The St. Cloud Crush, Kimball and St. Cloud Cathedral softball teams stayed undefeated, winning 10 games total from April 20-26. The Crusader baseball team is also on a tear, with Sartell-St. Stephen performing well in Class 4A and ROCORI in Class 3A.
Also, Becker had three athletes compete at an elite invitational meet at Hamline University with several other athletes from central Minnesota. Senior Owen Angell set a school record in the pole vault, and later in the week at Holdingford, hometown sophomore Dawson Hofer also broke his own school record in the 400.
Vote below on who you think had the most impressive varsity performance from area schools, including the above mentioned and Sauk Rapids-Rice, St. Cloud Apollo, Kimball, Royalton and Albany.
