VOTE in Times' high school sports athletes of the week poll, April 19-25

It's time to select the boys and girls winter sports high school athletes of the week from April 19-25.

Each week, the Beaver County Times will post two new polls featuring student-athletes who had strong performances during the past week.

The Times will pull nominees based on input from our staff and contributors. To nominate an athlete for a future week, email [email protected] or direct message sports reporter Ethan Morrison on X. Please include details of their achievements for the current week only, including any notable statistics or results. All submissions will be considered but not necessarily selected as a nominee.

The poll will be live until noon on Friday. The winners of the poll will be announced at the beginning of each week.

Week of March 22-28 Winners​

Boys: Blake Heater, Central Valley

Girls: Brooke Sarvey, Freedom Area

Week of March 29-April 4 Winners​

Boys: Sawyer Chaffee, Western Beaver

Girls: Lily Bixler, Beaver Area

Week of April 5-11 Winners​

Boys: Cody Hetrick, Ambridge

Girls: Irena Santoro, West Allegheny

Week of April 12-18 Winners​

Boys: Jackson Reese, Beaver Area

Girls: Lara Selick, Blackhawk
