Below is a list of this week's 27 nominees from 22 different South Bend Tribune coverage area schools and across three different sports. The nominees are listed in alphabetical order first by school then by gender.

The sisters each won sectional championships May 19, with senior Emma winning the 400-meter dash and sophomore Kate winning the 800-meter run.
The senior was the medalist at the BCS/Lakeland Conference Championship meet May 19, helping the Bucks win the team conference title with a 346.
The senior set a Minutemen record with his 48.96-second sectional title in the 400-meter dash May 21.
The senior set a sectional record in winning the 200-meter dash (21.76) and as part of the 400 relay team (41.95) at the Goshen Sectional May 21. He also won the 100-meter dash in a personal best time of 10.63.

The sophomore set a Warsaw sectional record May 19 by winning the 100-meter hurdles in 15.18 seconds, and she won the 300-meter hurdles in 46.40 seconds.
The junior won a sectional championship in the 100-meter dash May 19, and her 12.02-second finish was the best in the area.
The sophomore took home three sectional championships May 19, individually in the 200-meter dash, then as part of the 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relay teams.
The senior won the discus sectional championship May 19 at 116-03 feet.
The senior won a discus and shot put sectional championship May 19, at 126-09 feet and 41-08 feet, respectively.
The freshman won the shot put sectional championship May 21 at 52-0.05 feet.

The senior Harvard commit won sectional titles in the 800 and 1,600-meter races and ran on the first-place 1,600 relay team May 21.
Duthie picked up two wins at No. 1 singles to lead her team to the Concord Sectional title May 20, its third straight.
The junior won sectional championships May 21 in the discus (158 feet) and shot put (56-0.5 feet).
The senior won sectional championships May 21 in the 100-meter dash and on the 4x400-meter relay, helping the Kingsmen win the team sectional crown.
The sophomore posted two wins by 6-0, 6-0 counts at No. 1 singles as Penn won its own sectional crown May 20. It was the 19th straight for the Kingsmen.
The senior won two sectional championships May 19, including the final leg on the 4x400-meter relay team and setting a PR in the 400-meter dash at 57.49 seconds. That helped the Kingsmen win a sixth straight team championship.
