Olivia Protheroe, Notre Dame - East Stroudsburg girls basketball: She scored 34 points in a 55-21 win over MMI Prep
Sienna McNamara-Burkett, Pocono Mountain West swimming: She won the 50-yard freestyle vs. Pocono Mountain East with a time of 28.71
Fiona Clare, East Stroudsburg South wrestling: She defeated Emmaus' Danielle Rivera via pinfall in the 112-pound weight class

Tony Bothwell, Pocono Mountain West wrestling: He won the Jim Thorpe Christmas Tournament, recording one pinfall, one major decision and three decision victories
Aiden Pierre, Pocono Mountain East boys basketball: He scored 27 points in a 73-54 win over North Pocono
Tae El-Bassiouni, Stroudsburg boys basketball: He scored 21 points in a loss to Dieruff
Jacob Loch, Pleasant Valley boys basketball: He scored 17 points in a 58-42 win over Northwestern Lehigh
