The 2026 Mississippi high school volleyball season has arrived.
The Clarion Ledger looked at the top players in the state heading into the year and fans will have a chance to vote on their favorite player in the state.
Vote now in the poll BELOW one time per hour per device. The poll closes at noon on Saturday, Aug. 15.
Kinsley Ables, Brandon: The transfer from Jackson Academy had 178 kills and 86 blocks in 95 sets played.
Kristen Bailey, Brandon: The freshman had 122 kills with 66 blocks and 24 digs.
Brooke Baldwin, Hartfield Academy: Baldwin had 126 kills last season with 60 total blocks.
Harper Bradshaw, Madison Central: Bradshaw recorded 146 digs, 134 kills, 37 serving aces and 26 blocks.
Carson Caraway, Jackson Academy: The Loyola Maramount commit and 2025 Mississippi Gatorade POY had 625 kills and 343 digs, leading Jackson Academy to the MAIS 4A Division I state title game.
Addison Cole, Lewisburg: The former MHSAA 7A Miss Volleyball winner amassed 309 kills with 220 digs, 47 blocks and 43 service aces.
Anna Holladay Craft, Jackson Academy: Craft tallied 598 digs, 81 assists and 19 aces.
Campbell Davis, Starkville: The Radford commit recorded 326 kills, 233 digs and 90 aces with 31 blocks.
Rivers Dedeaux, Sumrall: Dedeaux, the Stephen F. Austin commit, helped deliver Sumrall its first MHSAA championship last season.
Emerson Dorr, Madison-Ridgeland Academy: The Southern Miss commit had 565 kills, 389 digs and 32 blocks, helping MRA to an MAIS 4A Division I title.
Madyson Easley, Purvis: The freshman had 322 kills, 254 digs and 66 service aces.
Tatum Evans, Newton County: The freshman produced 345 kills, 332 digs and 26 blocks.
Allie Keller, New Albany: The sophomore and former Miss 4A winner tallied 415 kills, 457 digs, 60 blocks and 76 aces, helping New Albany to a 4A title.
Dallyn Haupt, Kossuth: The South Carolina Upstate commit had 633 kills with 189 digs and 37 blocks.
Kassidy Joyner, Center Hill: Joyner recorded 805 assists, 115 aces and 140 digs last season.
Julia Lewis, Oxford: Lewis had 370 kills, 251 digs and 59 aces.
Zaley Madkin, Hernando: The transfer from Clinton is committed to San Diego State.
Blyth Martinez, Hancock: Martinez recorded 268 kills with 44 blocks and 123 digs.
Caroline McIntyre, Madison Central: The junior recorded 372 kills, with 188 digs and 36 aces.
Maddie Murphy, Hartfield Academy: Murphy produced 263 kills, 53 service aces and 160 digs.
Maggie Noblitt, Ocean Springs: Noblitt recorded 126 kills with 52 digs, helping Ocean Springs win the MHSAA 7A title.
Grace Rushing, Germantown: The freshman had 111 kills and 76 blocks last season.
Rylee Schimelpfening, Lamar School: Schimelpfening, the Stephen F. Austin commit, had 192 digs with 49 aces and 75 kills.
Shelby Sorgenfrei, Oxford: Sorgenfrei recorded 239 digs, 170 kills and 64 blocks.

Gabi Strickland, Madison-Ridgeland Academy: Strickland recorded 96 kills with 73 digs and 25 blocks, helping MRA to an MAIS 4A Division I title.
Sophie Tatum, Northwest Rankin: Tatum had 161 digs with 62 service aces last season.
Makenzie Taylor, Germantown: The 8th grader tallied 198 kills, 191 digs and 34 aces.
Sophie Taylor, Northwest Rankin: The Southern Miss commit had 247 kills, 205 digs, and 61 aces.
Charlotte Tulip, Lamar School: Tulip recorded 244 kills, 208 digs and 76 aces.
Carolina Walker, Jackson Prep: Walker was credited with 246 kills, 193 digs and 74 aces.
