The 2026 college baseball season concluded Monday with a national championship game. Oklahoma defeated North Carolina, 13-2, at Charles Schwab Field Omaha in Omaha, Nebraska.

The Sooners won their third national title in program history (1951, 1994, 2026).

Tennessee's 2026 season ended May 30 in the NCAA Tournament Chapel Hill Regional with a 38-22 (15-15 SEC) record. The Vols lost two contests to East Carolina and VCU and were eliminated from the NCAA Tournament under first-year head coach Josh Elander.

On Tuesday following the national championship game, the final USA TODAY Sports Coaches Poll top 25 rankings were released.

Tennessee is not ranked and received eight votes. The entire poll is listed below.
