Apr. 11— The Hayfield softball team lost to Ely 13-1 and it fell to Wabasha-Kellogg 10-2 in eight innings in Hayfield Saturday.
The Vikings were tied with WK 2-2 after seven inning when the Falcons scored eight times in the top of the eighth to take the lead for good.
Ella Bamlet struck out 23 hitters on the day for Hayfield (2-3 overall).
