INGLEWOOD, Calif. – Nate Diaz and Mike Perry got face-to-face for the second time on Thursday in advance of their anticipated scrap on Netflix.
Diaz (21-13) and Perry (14-8) will return to MMA competition for the first time in multiple years when they clash in the featured welterweight bout of Saturday's mega-event on Netflix from Intuit Dome.
The matchup came together in somewhat surprising fashion, but with positive reception. Diaz and Perry are both fan favorite with action-heavy styles of fighting, and they will test each other on a gigantic platform.
Diaz vs. Perry will serve as the co-headliner of the Rousey vs. Carano card, and after continuing their respectful tone toward each other at the press conference, they were a little more tenacious at the staredown.
