Now that the 2025 NFL Draft has concluded, the 2026 NFL Draft rankings are already a hot topic of conversation, primarily because it will be the draft that Texas superstar Arch Manning will be presumably be going No. 1 overall.
On the Joel Klatt Show, he discusses his way-too-early top 10 rankings, and while it is hard to predict without knowing how this year will unfold, early predictions are what drives some traction, especially NFL Draft rankings.
Klatt ranks Utah Utes offensive tackle Spencer Fano as the No. 6 overall player in his way-too-early top 10, and expects great things from him this year.
He discusses how his versatility plays a big part into why his ranking is this high.

Fano played at left tackle in his freshman year, followed by an All-American honor while playing right tackle for the Utes this past year. A trait that NFL teams love is versatility, as it is very common for lineman to be moved around once they make it to the league.
He will have the job of protecting their new quarterback Devon Dampier this upcoming season as he attempts to solidify his name as a potential top 10 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
According to Pro Football Focus, he ranks as the top offensive tackle in all of college football, with a stunning 92.7 overall grade in 2024. His dominance in the run game will make him a name to watch heading into the college football season.
The Utah Utes will kick off their season with a road battle against UCLA, where they will face off against their new quarterback Nico Iamaleava.
