This weekend marks commencement for the USC Class of 2026. Before the main ceremony in the Coliseum Thursday night, USC also held a special student-athlete graduation Thursday afternoon.

One of the biggest names at this year’s event was a Biletnikoff Award wide receiver. No, not Makai Lemon, but Marqise Lee, who won the award with the Trojans 14 years prior.

Lee played at USC from 2011-2013. As a sophomore in 2012, he put together the best statistical season by a wide receiver in Trojans history, catching 118 passes for 1,721 yards and 14 touchdowns.

Lee left USC following his junior season to declare for the 2014 NFL Draft. He played six years in the league, but after being out of football since 2021, Lee decided to return to school to get his college degree.

Now, he is officially a USC graduate. While Lee’s football career may be over, having a degree from one of the top universities in the country will surely serve him well as he embarks on the next chapter of his journey.
