MILAN - As the USA men's hockey team faces its biggest challenge yet in the quarterfinals of the 2026 Winter Olympics, it helps to know whose behind them.

Connor Hellebuyck has been the team's go-to guy in net, playing in two of the three preliminary games.

"He's a gamer," teammate Dylan Larkin said of Hellebuyck ahead of the quarterfinal against Sweden on Feb. 18 at Milano Santagiulia Ice Hockey Arena. "I believe in him. No one else I'd want to have the net than him. I learned quickly last year at the 4 Nations giving up a big chance or something happens and you're like, 'Oh, we got that guy.' It's kind of nice."

Behind Hellebuyck, there's Jeremy Swayman, who played in USA's game vs. Denmark, and Jake Oettinger, who has yet to see action.
