The 2026-27 schedule for the Texas Longhorns under second-year head coach Sean Miller is starting to come into focus with the SEC releasing the opponents and locations for the conference schedule and the matchups and tip times for the Rady Children’s Invitational in late November.

The SEC schedule features at least one game against the other 15 conference teams with home-and-home games against three opponents — two permanent and one that changes every year. For Texas, the permanent opponents are Oklahoma and Texas A&M with two matchups set against reigning SEC champion Florida in 2027.

At the Moody Center, Texas will host games against Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Florida, Kentucky, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee. and Texas A&M. Road matchups are set for Florida, Georgia, LSU, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas A&M, and Vanderbilt.

The conference will reveal dates, times, and television information at a later date.

SEC play begins on Jan. 2 and ends on March 6 before the SEC Tournament runs from March 10-14 at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.

During the non-conference schedule, the Longhorns will travel to San Diego for the Rady Children’s Invitational. On Wednesday, Sports San Diego announced that Texas will face Georgetown in the semifinals on Nov. 26 at 1:30 p.m. Central. The championship and third-place games take place the next day with the loser facing the loser of the other semifinal between Saint Mary’s and UCLA at 1:30 p.m. Central on FOX and the winners playing for the title at 4 p.m. Central on FOX.

Two other non-conference games are also set — a road matchup against Louisville on Dec. 1 in the SEC-ACC Challenge and a home game against Memphis on Dec. 16.
