Now that the month of June has begun, it's important to take a look at the class of 2027 team recruiting rankings.
Wisconsin had been a bit quiet for a while, but now a ton of visits are starting to take place as Luke Fickell does everything in his power to keep his job.
Recruiting-wise, the Badgers have been tremendous. What started as bringing in the top in-state recruits has turned into adding a pair of Arizona natives who each can be difference makers.
Four-star wide receiver Jai Jones and three-star linebacker Nathan Jones are the team's latest commits as Wisconsin's class of 2027 now includes 15 players.
The Badgers find themselves in the Top 20 of 247Sports rankings, but conference-wise, there's a ton of competition still ahead of them. The Big Ten teams ahead of Wisconsin include: Washington, Oregon, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio State, USC, UCLA, and Penn State.
Rivals' rankings are much tougher on the Badgers, though they still have a Top 25 class in the nation. It's interesting that in this set of rankings, Wisconsin is ahead of Minnesota, a team that was ranked No. 12 by 247Sports.
For reference, Rivals' average recruit ranking for the Badgers is 87.60, while it's 87.53 on 247Sports.
