UNC basketball vs. VCU tip-off time and broadcast revealed

The North Carolina Tar Heels earned a No. 6 seed in the NCAA Tournament, landing a matchup with No. 11 VCU in the South Region.

The two teams will meet in Greensville on Thursday, and now we officially have the tip-off time and broadcast information. With the brackets being released just a few hours ago, the tip times are official, and it's a Thursday night game for the Tar Heels and Rams.

Per Matt Norlander, North Carolina and VCU are set for a 6:50 p.m. tipoff on Thursday night with the game being broadcast on TNT.

With the game being on TNT, it will be Ian Eagle, Bill Rafferty, Grant Hill, and Tracy Wolfson on the call. The game will also be broadcast right after the Duke and Siena matchup. Illinois against Penn will follow it up on TNT.

North Carolina has opened up as a 2.5-point favorite early on ahead of this game.
