UNC basketball officially enters race for five-star small forward

The North Carolina Tar Heels continue to pursue top recruits in future classes as Michael Malone and his staff are hoping to land a strong 2027 class. Following an impressive 2026 class, the future of the program is on the upcoming classes.

On Tuesday, the Tar Heels showed even more interest in a North Carolina native.

Five-star small forward Jordan Page took to social media to announce that he has received an offer from Malone and the Tar Heels:

Page is a Raleigh native who recently transferred to IMG Academy in Florida. He has a total of 24 offers in his recruitment, with UNC being the latest. The 6-foot-5, 180-pound small forward is ranked No. 10 nationally, No. 3 small forward, and the No. 6 player in the state of Florida per the 247Sports rankings.

For North Carolina, they have now offered 11 of the top 15 players in the 2027 class. This will be a key class for the Tar Heels and Malone and the hope is that they can land some big-time talent.
