Ugly Unis

Also, considering yesterdays events, Chad Johnson's smug look in some of those pictures is leaving a bad taste with me.

As for the new Bengals uniforms, I'm kind of 50/50. I really dislike the orange jerseys, but the others seem cool in that "they will grow on you" sort of way.

I just hope that when the Cardinals roll out new uniforms in the next couple of years that they will retain the "classic clean" look.

Those are really bad.

As far as Johnson is concerned though, it's obvious that he is self consious about his teeth. I'd bet money that, that is why he looks like he does.

I like them. They are up to date and will bring some life into a franchise that has been in the dumps for years.

Cardinals need to do something drastic with their uniforms too, but they are too stubborn and still living in 1950.

New Unis always promote a new attitude in fans AND players, not to mention a NEW revenue stream, something the Cardinals desperately need, but don't seem to quite comprehend.

I like the Old School uniforms like the Cards, Colts, Raiders, Packers, Bears etc. Most of the new uniforms belong in the Arena League or NFL Europe IMO.

I agree. About a year ago I was all about changing the unis and such. Now, I can see maybe a slight logo change, but the Cards' unis are very simple and classy.

I'm a big fan of the Texans' logo/uni. And, as I said before, I'm a fan of the Seahawks' logo tweak (but not the uni/color change).

I was thinking the same thing... I'm a big fan of the Texans unis and color scheme. Looks sharp...

I'd like to see the Cards change their unis (not colors) too. Nothing too drastic like the Bungles, but some kind of change. How about this? How about they change their facemasks from gray to red? I think their unis would look awesome with that small of a change. I think red facemasks would be a good start... As soon as this year would be nice too.

I thought I read somewhere that the Bidwills (go figure) liked the gray facemask because it had a classic and old time look to it. Something to that affect... I could be wrong though. I say scrap the gray and go with red.
