The two men with top-billing at UFC Fight Night 271 received the top disclosed payouts.
It's been two months since the event, but the Washington State Department of Licensing released Tuesday the list of disclosed payouts to MMA Junkie via a public records request filed days after the March 28 event at Climate Pledge Arena.
It's important to note the pay figures do not performance nor discretionary bonuses, nor do they include LOA (letters of agreement, also known as "side letters") that are used by the promotion, typically when dealing with bigger-named athletes or other special cases.
Main event winner Joe Pyfer received $400,000 in disclosed pay, for his second-round TKO of middleweight legend Israel Adesanya, who received $500,000 flat.
Michael Chiesa had the storybook ending to his competitive career when he earned $310,000 for his quick finish of Niko Price. Co-main evnet victor Alexa Grasso ($260,000), who submitted Maycee Barber, received a disclosed payout of $260,000.
