Sergei Pavlovich wasted no time going right at Tallison Teixeira.

Pavlovich (21-3 MMA, 9-3 UFC) unleashed a barrage of punches to knock out Teixeira (9-2 MMA, 2-2 UFC) in just 39 seconds of Round 1 on Saturday's UFC Fight Night 277 main card at Galaxy Macau in China.
