In the main event, UFC middleweight champion Khamzat Chimaev looks to settle his bitter feud with former UFC champion Sean Strickland. Chimaev (15-0) has yet to taste defeat in his pro career, earning the UFC title against Dricus Du Plessis via unanimous decision last August. Strickland has won three of his past five fights.

UFC flyweight champion Joshua Van defends his title for the first time against Tatsura Taira in the co-main event.
