The Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey hosts Saturday's UFC 328: Chimaev vs. Strickland event. The fighters officially weighed in on Friday morning and participated in the event's ceremonial weigh-in in front of a live crowd Friday afternoon. Afterward, they faced off a final time ahead meeting inside the octagon.

The event is headlined by a middleweight title fight between undefeated champion Khamzat Chimaev and former titleholder Sean Strickland. ln the co-main event, flyweight champion Joshua Van takes on No. 3 ranked Tatsuro Taira.
