Galatasaray faces Liverpool this Tuesday, March 10, 2026, from 17:45 GMT in Istanbul in the UEFA Champions League round of 16.
The Istanbul side knocked out the Old Lady in the Champions League play-offs. After a convincing 5-2 home win, they came close to disaster in the second leg, going down 3-0 at the end of regulation time. Fortunately, they managed to score twice in extra time to secure qualification.
For this match, the Turkish side will be without Unyay, who is injured, and Baltac, who is suspended. As for the Reds, they are missing Bradley, Leoni, Endo, Alisson, and Isak due to injury.
Notably, Galatasaray toppled Liverpool during the group stage (1-0) at the end of last September.
