Impressive since the start of the U20 World Cup in Chile, Morocco is hoping to keep its momentum going. The Lion Cubs will face South Korea at the Estadio El Teniente, in Rancagua, on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 11pm GMT in the round of 16.
After topping Group C with brilliant wins over Spain and Brazil, Morocco has high ambitions heading into the knockout stage. The defeat to Mexico on matchday three should not shake the confidence of the Moroccan squad.

South Korea opened their tournament with a defeat to Ukraine (1-2) before holding Paraguay to a draw (0-0). On matchday three, the Asians defeated Panama (2-1) to clinch third place.
