Two assists and second place – a perfect evening for Maxi Beier
“Yes, of course it was important to me,” he said in an interview with Sky immediately after the final whistle. Beier and Borussia played in front of Germany national team coach Julian Nagelsmann. It was the first time this season that the 23-year-old had provided two assists in a single match.
