Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin is questionable for Sunday's AFC championship game with a hamstring injury he suffered in last week's divisional round win over the Bills. After being listed as a limited practice participant all week, his status is truly in the air against the New England Patriots.
In fact, one move by the Broncos appears to be in preparation of the possibility Franklin can't go. On Saturday, Denver elevated wide receiver Elijah Moore from the practice squad.
Denver's second-leading receiver in the regular season with 65 catches for 709 yards and six touchdowns, Franklin's production won't be easily replaced. If he can't go, Denver will have to lean even more on WR1 Courtland Sutton than it already does. Especially with Jarrett Stidham taking over under center for the injured Bo Nix.
Franklin's status hasn't been confirmed yet, but this will be updated once we know more.
