Transfer: Robin Compaoré signs in Georgia
The young Burkinabe defender Robin Compaoré has officially signed with Dila Gori, a top-flight club in Georgia.
At just nineteen years old, Robin Compaoré has penned a professional three-year contract. He leaves Ironi Kiryat Shmona of the Israeli Premier League to join the Georgian "Erovnuli Liga."
A graduate of the Pasga JO academy in Burkina Faso, this towering defender (1.94 meters) is taking a significant step forward in his promising football career. Next season, he will compete at a higher level in European football, including appearances in the Europa League.
Compaoré's integration is expected to be smooth, as he will reunite with fellow countryman Aruna Ouattara at Dila Gori.
