Arizona tied a school record with its sixth home win of the season on Saturday, and the 41-17 victory over Baylor also happened to be one of the Wildcats’ best-graded performances of 2025.
Pro Football Focus gave the Wildcats (8-3, 5-3 Big 12) an overall mark of 78.0, fifth-best of the season, while the defensive grade of 80.6 was No. 3. The best aspect of Arizona’s performance came in terms of coverage, grading at a season-best 89.8 after limiting the No. 2 passing offense in the country to 162 yards.
For the season, Arizona has an overall grade of 88.0 that ranks 38th out of 136 FBS schools. Danny Gonzales’ defense ranks 25th, at 91.4, and the Wildcats’ 92.6 coverage grade for the season is No. 3 nationally.
