The 2003 NBA Draft class is widely regarded as one of the best all-time, as it included names like LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh. Other solid selections from 2003 include Kyle Korver, David West, Leandro Barbosa and Chris Kaman.

Out of the 2003 class, 20 players went on to play 12 seasons or more, including James, who is still active today. However, many experts have hyped up the 2026 class as well. Top prospect AJ Dybantsa (BYU) recently weighed in on the strength of his class, making a bold prediction. "I think at least 10 of us will probably be still playing, let's say 8 years down the road. I think that's how deep we are, but it could be more. I think it's going to be probably one of the most talked-about draft classes since LeBron's," said Dybantsa.

Although it's way too soon to tell, Dybantsa could be on to something. Considering how loaded the 2026 class is, it seems as though NBA teams can find talent with star potential from picks 1-18.
