Notre Dame football’s 2027 recruiting class is steadily growing, and another could be added to the fold on Monday.

Illinois offensive tackle Cameron Wagner has announced via Hayes Fawcett that he will make his choice between the Irish, Illinois, Oregon and Wisconsin on Monday, May 11th on the Pat McAfee Show. This isn’t the first time a Notre Dame target has announced this way, as quarterback Wonderful “Champ” Monds did the same and ended up Irish.

The hope is that the 247Sports Composite’s No. 345 overall prospect does the same, which would be a great start to Notre Dame’s week. What’s interesting about Wagner’s timeline is that he has official visits set up to each of his finalist in the coming months, with the Irish getting the last shot in late June.
