Top 10 loudest college football stadiums ahead of the 2026 season

Heading into the 2026 season, Texas A&M coach Mike Elko hopes to lead the Aggies back to the College Football Playoff a second consecutive year, which will require starting quarterback Marcel Reed to take yet another step in his development after passing for a career-high 3,169 yards, 25 touchdowns and 12 interceptions, while rushing for nearly 500 yards and six scores.

This offseason, Elko saw a record 10 players selected in the 2026 NFL Draft, while adding 17 players from the transfer portal beforehand, and combined with the 2026 signing class and 65% of the 2025 roster returning, Texas A&M's 2026 roster is more than talented, and, most importantly, experienced enough at nearly every position to match last season's 11-2 finish.

However, the road ahead in SEC play is brutal, facing road games against LSU, Missouri, Alabama, South Carolina, and Oklahoma, while hosting Missouri State, Arizona State, Kentucky, Arkansas, Citadel, Tennessee, and the Texas Longhorns in Kyle Field, where the Aggies need to finish with an undefeated record if they drop one or two games on the road.

Since the 2015 renovations, Kyle Field's capacity of 102,733 is the largest in the SEC, but is it the loudest? According to On3's latest top-10 stadium rankings, seven college football stadiums hold higher decibel records heading into the 2026 season.
