JACKSONVILLE ― The Tennessee Titans made a flurry of roster moves and injury decisions ahead of their Week 18 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, putting the roster in a new-look position.
The Titans (3-13) visit the Jaguars (12-4) at EverBank Stadium on Sunday (noon CT, FOX). Injuries will leave the Titans without tight end Gunnar Helm, edge rusher Arden Key, cornerback Jalyn Armour-Davis, wide receiver Van Jefferson and safety Amani Hooker for the finale. Armour-Davis and Jefferson landed on injured reserve, with the Titans elevated outside linebacker Ali Gaye and receiver Bryce Oliver from IR to take their places on the active roster. The Titans also signed defensive back Kemon Hall to the active roster and elevated tight end Cole Turner using a standard practice squad elevation so he'll be able to play in this contest.
Oliver and Gaye have both missed significant time with injuries. This will be Oliver's first appearance since injuring his knee in Week 2. Gaye hasn't appeared in a game since Oct. 26.
The ailing Titans secondary will consist of cornerbacks Darrell Baker Jr., Kaiir Elam, Micah Robinson and Hall as well as safeties Kendell Brooks, Jerrick Reed II, Sanoussi Kane and Erick Hallett II.
